A memecoin called $KMIKEYM was created without my permission. I claimed the creator fees and have earned over $20,000 so far from trading activity.

The platform is sketchy... co-founder has FTC fines, fee structures are opaque. But the community is genuinely fun and excited about KmikeyM's governance experiment.

I'm proposing that a percentage of my trading fees automatically converts to KmikeyM shares and goes into a "degen community account." This creates a bridge between the fast chaotic memecoin world and our slow deliberative governance system.

More trading = more shares purchased = upward pressure on share price, regardless of what happens to the token itself.

• 5% - My instinct for the right balance between income and community bridge
• 7.5% - Maximum integration, strongest buying pressure on shares, largest welcome mat

I want to get paid, so I'm not donating everything back. But I think building this bridge matters. It shows the memecoin crowd what permanence looks like and gives them stake in something that lasts beyond hype cycles.
