June Challenge

In March I focused on my sleep. In April I returned to meditation. And for May I went somewhere new each week.

I definitely found the daily challenge more rewarding than the weekly. But what should I undertake in June?

Waking up at 5am only makes sense if the rest of your life is designed around that. Otherwise, waking up with a natural rhythm is way better for your health. Flowers is the easiest way to create wins without disrupting anything else.

    Shareholders, c'mon now.

If 5am wins I'll be going to bed at like 9pm...

Flowers {for someone I love, or myself} on payday is a tradition I've kept for years. Team flowers. Endless variety in options, too, and what "counts" as fresh and flowers. Have fun.

Did I throw away my vote on someone no one else seems to care about? Maybe. But I voted my truth.

Fresh flowers is always a good move. Waking up at 5 is only worth it if you go to bed super early.
