I did it! It was too easy to do something every week. I like the daily challenges better.

"Study chess" is too ephemeral for my tastes. 100 push ups a day is measurable and easy enough to accomplish if you set aside time for it. This is the real long play.
Visiting a new place opens you up to potential new business opportunities to increase shareholder value.
I don't really value you having stronger upper body strength or playing chess better.
